I cannot view the video?
To view videos on this website you need Flash installed and the Flash plugin activated for your browser. In the unlikely event that you cannot view the video please follow the link below to ensure that you have Flash plugin enabled on your browser.
- Name of browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome etc)
- Version of browser
- Version of Flash running on your computer (check here)
- Name of course you are trying to view

How do I change my password?
To change your password click on 'My Account' in the top navigation bar. At the bottom of the 'My Account' page you will see:
Forgotten your password? Request a new one.
Click on 'Request a new one' and input the email address you used to sign up to cpdonline.org.uk when prompted. An email will be sent out to you containing a reset link, click on this link (or copy and paste it into a browser) and you will be notified of your new password:
"Your password has been changed to ******"
Where do I find my purchases?
Click on 'My Account' in the top navigation bar. Log in using your email address and password then once logged in, click on 'View my digital downloads' to view your purchases.
Do I need to download the presentations and documents?
We would advise you to print out the presentation or documents that accompany the video in order that you can study along with the video or see in more detail the aspects discussed.
How do I download the supporting material?
To download supporting material please right-click on the link and choose 'save file as' or 'save link as' then choose where to save the documents to.
Can I view supporting material after the video time limit has been exceeded?
Yes. You can go back into 'View my digital downloads' to view any supporting material.
The video won’t play, what do I do?
Please ensure you have Flash Player installed. This can be downloaded for free from Adobe.
How do I use my discount voucher?
You will be supplied with a discount code, enter this code in the Discount Code box at the confirm order items stage of the checkout.
I want to buy a course but I need to register as a user first, why?
We need to know what company you are with and what address to send out certificates to which is why we ask you to register. Without registering we would be unable to send this information out to you.
