How Online CPD Academy Works

Register to have an account and simply select the courses you wish to buy (you can look at the course outline to find out more about the course before purchasing). Go to the checkout when you have finished shopping and purchase using a debit or credit card. You will receive an email to confirm your purchase and you will be given access to the course for a period of 14 days in which you can access it as frequently as you like. The course is web based and cannot be downloaded however the accompanying notes can be. After 14 days you will be denied access to the course as your time will have expired.

A CPD certificate will be issued shortly after and will be sent to the address supplied in your registration.

Steps:

1) Browse for your course

Find the course you wish to study and add it to your basket.

Please note that one CPD Certificate will be issued per course purchased. If multiple CPD Certificates are required for the same course, please ensure that the requisite number of courses are purchased

2) Purchase Course

Once you have added all the courses you wish proceed to checkout and purchase the courses.

3) Payment

Once payment has been made you will receive notification from Worldpay and you can log back into your account using the 'Login' option in the menu.

4) Vew Courses

Click on 'digital downloads' to view a list of all courses you have bought and click into each course to view it and its associated files.

Any supporting material suppled with the videos for download should be downloaded and ready for reference prior to watching the video.

5) Expiry

After 14 days your ability to view the training video will expire however FAQ's will still be visible from this page.
