Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be granted in the circumstance of the user experiencing technical difficulties with the website.

CPD Online sells digital downloads. Distance Selling Regulations treat digital downloads as a form of service. Our delivery of this service begins when we prepare the video tutorial you have purchased for download, and as such, you do not have the right to cancel as you would with physical goods.

Glasgow Caledonian University would like to reiterate that refunds will only be issued in the event of technical difficulties with the Online Continuing Professional Development website.
