This short CPD course will outline the Bribery Act, The Competition Act, The Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act and, The Proceeds of Crime Act. How to avoid falling foul of the Acts, and some recent initiatives and activity under the acts to raise your awareness of the acts, grasp the impact they have on your bidding practices, and suggest possible actions you can take to mitigate the effects.
