This Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations online training course will help you understand the CDM Regulations and provide training on the updated regulations that came into force in April 2007, when they were revised and brought together the existing CDM 1994 Regulations and the Construction (Health Safety and Welfare) (CHSW) Regulations 1996, into a single regulatory package. The new Regulations impose increased duties on clients, designers, consultants and contractors. These have been reflected in recent HSE prosecutions.
